  • User Content: We collect the content you create, post, or share on the App. This includes messages in community chats, forum posts, event RSVPs, notices, and any other content you submit.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support or with inquiries, we collect your contact information and the content of your messages.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes:

  • Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as your mobile device's model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

  • To Provide and Maintain the App: To create your account, authenticate you, and enable all core features like messaging, event management, and notice boards.
  • To Personalize Your Experience: To customize the content and information we show you within your community.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you technical notices, security alerts, support messages, and administrative emails. You can also opt-in to receive promotional communications and community-wide announcements.
  • To Improve and Develop Our Services: To analyze usage trends and user behavior to understand how our App is used and to develop new features and services.
  • To Ensure Safety and Security: To monitor and enforce our Terms of Service, detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security risks, and other harmful activities.

  • Within Your Community: Your profile information (name, unit number, profile picture) and the content you post are visible to other verified members of your specific community within the App.
